Gr1 titanium plates primarily refer to medium-thickness titanium plates with a thickness exceeding 5mm, made from Grade 1 titanium. We can provide titanium plates with thicknesses ranging from 5.0-100mm, typically 1000x2000mm in size (custom sizes are also available upon request).
Gr1 titanium plates conform to ASTM B265/AMS 4901/ASME SB265 standards, using a hot-rolling process, primarily for rolling titanium ingots into medium-thickness plates. They are usually supplied in an annealed condition. Surface finishes include bright pickling or polishing.
We have a warehouse in Anyang City, Henan Province, China, with an annual titanium plate storage capacity exceeding 200 tons. Thicknesses are mainly divided into four ranges: 1.5-6.0mm/7.0-8.5mm/10.0-25.0mm/26-100mm. Ample inventory allows us to process customer orders quickly. Through cooperation with professional logistics companies at the port, we offer various transportation options for overseas customers, including sea freight, sea-land combined transport, and air freight.

Gr1 titanium is the most ductile and flexible grade of pure titanium. Among all commercially available pure titanium grades, it offers the highest formability and excellent corrosion resistance. For applications requiring maximum corrosion resistance, superior formability, and excellent weldability in lightweight, high-performance packaging, Gr1 titanium is the ideal choice for engineers and designers. In harsh environments, Gr1 titanium requires no maintenance, replacement, or downtime, significantly reducing lifecycle costs. Its tensile strength is not less than 240 MPa, yield strength not less than 170 MPa, elongation not less than 24%, modulus not less than 105 GPa, and density is 4.51 g/cm³.

It has the key characteristics and properties as belows:
1,Exceptional Corrosion Resistance:it remains an outstanding resistance to a wide array of environments,including seawater,chlorides,wet chlorine and oxidizing acids.
2,Excellent weldability:it can readily welded using all common techniques,include gas tungsten arc welding and gas metal arc welding,resulting in strong,ductile welds.
3,Low Density and High Strength-to-Weight Ratio:its saving weights is about 60% but with comparable strength to common stainless steels.It is ideal material for weight-sensitive applications.
4,Non-Magnetic and Biocompatible:it is non-magnetic and completely biocompatible, meeting the requirements for medical and implants as per ASTM F67 standard.
5,Low Thermal Expansion and Thermal Conductivity:it exhibits low modulus of elasticity and thermal expansion.
6.High Ductility and Formability:as the purest among all the pure titanium grades,it possesses superior elongation,allowing it to be easily cold-formed and fabricated into complex shapes without cracking.
