Our factory specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of titanium and titanium alloy products, with fully integrated in-house production capabilities spanning from melting, forging, and rolling to precision machining. We are equipped with internationally advanced facilities including Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) furnaces, multi-directional forging hydraulic presses, precision cold/hot rolling mills, automated wire drawing lines, and high-precision slitting equipment. This enables us to offer a full range of specifications-from titanium ingots to bars, plates, tubes, wires, and foils-with an annual production capacity exceeding 5,000 metric tons.
Our products strictly comply with international standards such as ASTM, GB, and GOST, and are supported by ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification as well as NADCAP accreditation for special processes.
