Products Description
Commercial pure titanium has good plasticity and excellent formability. It can be made into a thick plate, sheet, bar, wire, pipe, forging and casting, etc., which is easy to weld and brazed.
High specific strength and strong corrosion resistance are the two most prominent advantages of Gr1 Titanium Hot Rolled Plate. In terms of specific strength, the specific strength of titanium alloy is higher than that of magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, and high-strength steel, which is conducive to reducing the weight of the product. In terms of corrosion resistance, titanium is an extremely active metal element, which is easy to react with oxygen to form TiO2. These oxide films are complete and dense and can be repaired instantly after being locally damaged. Therefore, titanium and titanium alloys have good corrosion resistance.
