Products Description
Unlike other suppliers, our products undergo annealing in an argon-atmosphere Ebna bell furnace. This oxygen-free environment within the sealed furnace eliminates the need for expensive brush finishing. In contrast, competitors use strip-annealed products, whose furnace seals are not entirely airtight, resulting in the formation of stubborn oxides on the strip surface. Our products offer high ductility, excellent corrosion resistance, moderate strength, and high-temperature performance. Customer feedback indicates that using our products provides significantly longer tool life, comparable to or even better than surface treatments. Typical applications include medical, surgical, and dental instruments, heat exchangers, welded bellows, instrument diaphragms, crucibles, fasteners, and aerospace components.
