Large-scale factory production of titanium materials


Process flow
(1) Selection and treatment of blank materials: Select all blank materials with hydrogen content <0.005%, iron content <0.02% and thickness close to 1.0mm for polishing;
(2) Initial rolling: After the blank material is polished, it is reverse crossed and repeatedly cold rolled to a thickness of 0.18mm-0.22mm through multiple bar and foil mills, cleaned to remove grease and then cut into strips, and then vacuum annealed at 600℃-610℃ to recrystallize the titanium metal and make the internal organization more uniform;
(3) Finished rolling: Rolling the initial foil to 0.05mm-0.003mm thickness, remove grease and clean rollers;
(4) parcel annealing: In the natural relaxation state of titanium foil, zirconium metal foil, which is good at absorbing hydrogen and oxygen, is used to parcel titanium foil and sent into a vacuum furnace with a vacuum degree of less than 1.0x IO-3 Pa. Annealing is carried out at 490°C-510°C. The finished product is obtained after holding at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
