Corrosion-resistant aqua regia titanium cylinder

Titanium barrels or titanium alloy made of barrel containers, including titanium barrels, titanium cylinders, titanium tubs, titanium crucibles, titanium electrolysis barrels, titanium evaporation barrels, such as high temperature strong alkali corrosion-resistant molten gold extraction containers. The main material of titanium barrel is TA1/TA2 industrial pure titanium and TA10 high corrosion resistant titanium alloy, the thickness of the material is 1mm~5mm, according to the customer's requirements. The processing technology of titanium barrels is argon arc welding and grinding and polishing.

Titanium has high temperature and corrosion resistance, and can fully demonstrate its superior performance in strong acid and alkali. When exposed to the atmosphere, titanium will form a tight and tough oxide film, which can resist many corrosive materials, especially salt water.

Titanium barrels are mainly used in electroplating, chemical industry, electrolysis, molten gold extraction, scientific research experiments, pickling corrosion-resistant industries. Chlor-alkali, soda ash, urea and vacuum salt petrochemistry in the chemical and petroleum industries, electrolysis and electroplating in the metallurgical industry.
