TA9 (Ti-0.2Pd) titanium alloy

TA9 (Ti-0.2Pd) titanium alloy has a high melting point, non-magnetic, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high specific strength (the ratio of the strength of the material to its density) and high specific stiffness (the ratio of the material's modulus of elasticity to its density) of the overall mechanical properties, but also has a good resistance to corrosion, resistance to bio-aggression, and many other excellent characteristics.

TA9 titanium alloy is mainly used in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, dilute phosphoric acid environment, but also widely used in titanium equipment to prevent crevice corrosion, such as used as a tube heat exchanger and textile spinnerets and other components.
