Vietnamese Client Conducts On-Site Visit And Signs Order For GR2 Industrial Pure Titanium Tubes

Mar 20, 2026

Recently, a delegation led by the head of a Vietnamese chemical equipment supplier visited our company. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the application of industrial pure titanium materials in local chemical and water treatment projects, and signed a supply agreement for GR2 (Grade 2) seamless titanium tubes on-site.

Due to its unique physical properties, titanium material imposes extremely strict requirements on processing environments and manufacturing workflows. Accompanied by our production supervisor, the Vietnamese clients toured our cold rolling, annealing, and pickling workshops in detail.

The clients paid particular attention to the surface finish and dimensional tolerance control of the GR2 titanium tubes. When discussing welding performance, our technical staff demonstrated the flaring and flattening tests performed on the tubing, thereby verifying that the material possesses excellent plasticity and stability for subsequent equipment fabrication. The clients remarked that, rather than focusing solely on price comparisons, they place greater value on the consistency of raw materials and the factory's strict adherence to process details.

At our Physical and Chemical Testing Center, we presented the Material Test Certificates (MTC) for this specific batch of products, covering key mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation.

Addressing the Vietnamese clients' specific concerns regarding corrosion resistance in seawater and acidic environments, we provided a detailed overview of our ultrasonic testing (UT) and eddy current testing (ET) procedures for finished tubes. These rigorous inspections ensure that every titanium tube leaving our facility is free of cracks, porosity, or slag inclusions. This "data-driven" approach effectively alleviated the clients' quality-related concerns regarding long-distance, cross-border procurement.

Following business negotiations, both parties reached a consensus on delivery schedules, logistics packaging, and a long-term cooperation agreement. The clients paid the deposit on the spot and signed the order for the initial batch of GR2 titanium tubes.

As one of Southeast Asia's rapidly growing industrial markets, Vietnam is experiencing an increasing demand for high-performance titanium materials. The signing of this order serves not only as an endorsement of the quality of our GR2 products but also lays a solid foundation for our company's further penetration into Vietnam's chemical and marine equipment supply markets.
