Description
The CNC aluminum mechanical keyboard keys are crafted from 6061 or 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, precision-milled using a five-axis CNC machine. Each key undergoes multiple machining steps to ensure uniform inner wall thickness and a cross-pillar precision control within ±0.02mm, ensuring a perfect fit with the switch. The weight and inertia of the metal ensure a responsive keystroke, eliminating the "looseness" often associated with plastic keycaps during extended use. The reinforced ribs on the bottom enhance structural strength while maintaining lightweight, preventing deformation even with forceful keystrokes.
