During the cutting process, sometimes the molybdenum wire will be broken suddenly, what should we do when we meet this situation above?


Cause:


Improper selection of electrical parameters, the current is too large, such as pulse width is too large, too many tubes;


Improper feeding adjustment, such as improper tracking or frequency adjustment, so that the molybdenum wire feeding fast and slow, open and short circuit frequently, easy to burn the molybdenum wire;


Wire cutting fluid is too thin, used too long or too dirty, poor cooling effect


The water nozzle is blocked or the working fluid deviates from the molybdenum wire, the molybdenum wire can not bring the working fluid into the workpiece, the cooling is poor and it will short-circuit and burn the molybdenum wire;


The conductive body can not contact with the molybdenum wire or be pulled by the molybdenum wire marks, resulting in poor contact;


Cutting thick workpiece when the pulse distance is too small, or the use of unsuitable cutting thick workpiece working fluid;


The speed of the wire storage cylinder is not slow, so that the molybdenum wire stays in the working area for too long;


Poor quality or poor storage of molybdenum wire, resulting in oxidation;


Improper selection of the molybdenum wire diameter when cutting the workpiece (too small a diameter).
