Nb521 alloy (Nb-5W-2Mo-1Zr) has a melting point close to about 2600°C, and its tensile strength ranges from 420MPa to 480MPa in the M state and 650Mpa to 760Mpa in the Y state. Mainly used for aerospace engine nozzles.

The niobium alloy bar obtained by the processing method of the present invention has stable performance and uniform composition; the tensile strength reaches 190MPa at 1400℃, the tensile strength exceeds 70MPa at 1600℃, and remains above 50MPa at 1800℃. By means of the niobium alloy of the present invention, the working temperature of aerospace heat-resistant structural materials is increased to more than 200℃.
