Gr9 Titanium Coil Welding Equipment

Gr9 titanium coiler welding should be equipped with a complete ammeter and voltmeter.
Welding machine: DC TiG welding machine is used. The welding machine should ensure excellent working characteristics and adjustment characteristics.

Torch: QS-75/500 water-cooled TiG welding torch. The welding torch should have a simple structure. The gun body is tight, well insulated, stable air flow, clamping tungsten hold firm, suitable for various position welding characteristics.
Rubber hoses and other moisture-absorbing materials should not be used. Use should be dedicated argon gas delivery tube; using semi-rigid plastic tube. Shall not be used with the delivery of other gases in series with each other. Argon gas pipe should not be too long, so as not to, the pressure drop caused by excessive instability of the gas flow, generally no more than 30m to ensure that the axis is consistent
Welding fixture: austenitic stainless steel or copper pipe karabiner, locking bolts and other groups of titanium plates and accessories. Should ensure that the titanium plate and accessories have a certain clamping force. The gap is even and suitable.
