Smelting
The rough ingot is melted several times in vacuum electron beam furnace or vacuum electric arc furnace to make alloy ingot.
Finished product
Ingot performance improvement will be put into the alloy ingot billet into the high-frequency furnace, after heating and forging several times, processing the surface oxidation skin to get the finished ingot according to the size and weight of the profile, material, forging billet, rolling or forging several times, after several times of vacuum annealing to get the bar or plate, and then after machining, grinding to get the good performance of tantalum tungsten alloy finished plate and bar.
