TC4 titanium alloy bar
Technical requirements:
1, the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy rods should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1, the need for repeated testing, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.
2, the diameter or length of the hot-worked bar and its allowable deviation should be consistent with the provisions of Table I.
3, hot machining by turning (grinding) light bar and cold rolled, cold drawn bar diameter tolerance should be consistent with industry regulations.
4, hot machined by turning (grinding) light bar should not be more than half of the size tolerance of the out-of-roundness.
5, the processing state of the bar's unsized length of 300-6000mm, annealed state of the bar unsized length of 300-2000mm, fixed or times the size of the length should be within the range of unsized length.
