Description
Industrial pure titanium Grade 1 alloy has the advantages of low density, high strength, good toughness and corrosion resistance. It has a density of about 4.51g/cm³, which is one of the lightweight metals and is nearly half the density of iron. At the same time, it has a relatively high tensile strength of about 240 MPa. This alloy also shows better thermal stability in high temperature environments.

Grade 1 Titanium straight pipe applications:
1. Inlet and outlet piping: Gr1 titanium round tubes are used for inlet and outlet piping in desalination systems. These pipes need to work for a long time in high salinity and corrosive environments, and titanium round tubes are corrosion-resistant and suitable for this application.
2. Pre-treatment system: Gr1 titanium tubing is used to manufacture filters, settling tanks and reactors for pre-treatment systems.
3. Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Modules: Gr1 Titanium Tubes are used for the manufacture of housings and connections for RO membrane modules.
