Description
GR2 metal titanium tubes have excellent mechanical properties in the annealed state. Its tensile strength is between 440-590MPa and yield strength reaches 373MPa, while maintaining good elongation (≥20%) and shrinkage (≥40%), showing excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. These excellent properties are attributed to the reasonable heat treatment process. Through annealing treatment, the internal stresses generated during processing can be eliminated and the grain structure can be optimized, thus improving the plasticity and toughness of the material. In addition, GR2 seamless titanium tubes have good cold bending properties, with a cold bending angle of up to 90°, which further broadens their processing and application range.
