Description
Grade 5 welded titanium tube usually refers to Ti-6Al-4V alloy welded titanium tube, which is a widely used titanium alloy tube with excellent performance. Grade 5 titanium alloy is mainly composed of titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al) and vanadium (V), of which the aluminum content is about 6% and the vanadium content is about 4%. The addition of aluminum can improve the strength and hardness of titanium alloy while reducing its density; the addition of vanadium helps to improve the toughness and thermal stability of titanium alloy.
