- Corrosion resistance: Titanium Grade 2 Tube has excellent corrosion resistance to many chemical media, including seawater, salt water, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, organic acids and alkaline solutions. Titanium's corrosion resistance in many media is even better than stainless steel and other alloys.
- Mechanical properties: Titanium Grade 2 Tube has good mechanical strength and ductility. Its tensile strength is usually between 440-585 MPa, its yield strength is between 345-480 MPa, and its elongation is between 20-30%. These properties make Titanium Grade 2 Tube have both certain strength and good processing performance.
- Low density: The density of Titanium Grade 2 Tube is about 4.5 g/cm³, which makes it very advantageous in applications that require lightweight, such as aerospace and mobile devices.
