Ti-15-3-3-3 Titanium Alloy is a titanium material that has been cooled to complete β particles at the zero critical point of titanium. Its processing technology is higher than that of pure titanium. It has better strength, fatigue resistance and environmental corrosion resistance than pure titanium and other titanium alloys. It has good shape plasticity and is in a solid solution state. Its elastic modulus is low, about 80GPa, slightly higher than the elastic modulus of titanium-nickel shape memory alloy (about 60GPa). It has high elastic recovery (i.e., the arch wire does not deform permanently after bending over a long distance), low hardness, easy to form, and can be bent or formed into complex shapes without being broken.
