ASTM B265 Grade 1 titanium sheet is titanium sheet that meets ASTM B265 standards with a thickness of 0.187 inches (4.75 mm) and less and a width of 24 inches (610 mm) and more.
Grade 1 titanium is widely used in the following fields:

What is GR1 Titanium?
GR1 (Grade 1) is commercially pure, unalloyed titanium with a minimum titanium content of 99.5%. It is the most ductile and corrosion-resistant grade among pure titanium alloys, making it ideal for applications where forming and corrosion resistance are critical.
Can GR1 titanium be welded?
Yes, GR1 has excellent weldability. Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) with high-purity argon shielding is the standard method. Proper cleaning and shielding are essential to prevent oxidation and maintain corrosion resistance.
