Description
Structural Composition: This plate consists of two parts, the base layer is carbon steel, which provides the necessary mechanical strength and support structure; the surface layer is pure titanium or titanium alloy (Gr2 in this case), which is firmly attached to the carbon steel substrate through special metallurgical bonding technology or explosion welding and other processes, forming a protective cladding layer.
Corrosion resistance: Gr2 titanium has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in brine, acid and chloride environment, can effectively prevent carbon steel substrate from corrosion, prolong the life of the equipment, widely used in chemical industry, marine engineering and sewage treatment and other industries.
