Description
For surface treatment of GR1 titanium sheet, common processes include:
1. abrasive treatment: the surface of titanium alloy is abraded by using abrasives, which can obtain surfaces with different roughness and texture effects.
2. Electrochemical polishing: Through electrochemical methods, a certain degree of polishing is realized on the surface of titanium alloy, which improves the surface finish and glossiness.
3. Sandblasting: Through high-pressure airflow or mechanical means, abrasive particles are sprayed onto the surface of titanium alloy to produce a certain degree of particle impact, realizing surface cleaning and increasing mechanical roughness.
