FR4 CNC Machining
In addition to conventional PCBs, CNC-machined FR4 sheets are also used for insulation spacers, test fixtures, and electronic device supports. Optimized tool paths enable efficient processing of complex contours and special-shaped holes, such as mounting plates with locating slots or heat dissipation window structures.
Description
FR4 sheets are precision-milled using CNC milling, achieving a hole placement accuracy of ±0.1mm and smooth, burr-free edges. Using specialized PCB milling cutters and optimized feed speeds, we minimize copper foil warping and substrate delamination, making this process ideal for low-volume, high-precision circuit board prototyping, such as cutting and slotting RF and high-frequency boards.

High-speed CNC machining parts
CNC cutting parameters are adjusted for FR4 sheet thicknesses (0.2mm-3.0mm) to ensure no chipping at the interface between the glass fiber layer and the resin. The processed boards can be directly soldered without any additional processing. For boards requiring impedance control, CNC milling can precisely control line width and spacing, offering greater flexibility than traditional etching processes.

1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Our factory is fully equipped with 3D quality inspection equipment, an ERP system, and over 200 machines. We can also provide material certificates, sample quality testing, and other reports upon request.
2. How to get a quote?
Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...), including quality, delivery date, materials, quality, quantity, surface treatment and other information.
3. Can I get a quotation without drawings?
Can your engineering team draw for my creativity? Of course, we are also glad to receive your samples, pictures or detailed size drafts for accurate quotation.
4. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Of course, the sample fee is necessary. If possible, it will be returned during mass production.
5. What is the delivery date?
Generally, the sample lasts for 1-2 weeks and the batch production lasts for 3-4 weeks. Of course, the detail delivery date will accoding to the quantiry and the processing of products.
