Furthermore, machined acrylic parts can be protected from scratches through coating or flame polishing. However, it should be noted that post-processing grinding and polishing will increase the overall processing cycle.
Description
Transparent acrylic offers exceptional optical clarity and a light transmittance of 92%, providing excellent visibility. It is a high-quality plastic that resists hydrolysis and yellowing, and boasts excellent weather resistance. The addition of UV stabilizers further enhances its UV resistance and allows for stable operation within a temperature range of 40°C to 80°C. However, it should be noted that acrylic has a low melting point and poor heat resistance, and can deform at lower temperatures.
