Description
CNC precision machining of 316 stainless steel parts achieves excellent overall performance. Its molybdenum content has been increased to 2.1-2.5%, significantly enhancing its resistance to pitting corrosion. The flatness of the sealing surface of chemical valves can reach 0.005mm after machining, maintaining excellent sealing performance even in acidic media at 80°C. The use of carbide tools combined with high-pressure cooling technology effectively controls work hardening and ensures consistent mass production.

316L low-carbon material is more suitable for welding component machining, with weld groove angle tolerances exceeding ±0.5° after CNC machining. Implant components machined using this material in the medical device sector achieve a medical-grade finish of Ra0.4 through special surface treatment. After optimizing machining parameters, deformation of thin-walled parts can be controlled to within 0.02mm/m.
