Description
CNC aluminum color anodized coating is a ceramic film created on the surface of precision-machined aluminum alloys via an electrolytic process, combining both decorative and functional qualities. This process creates a 15-25μm oxide film on CNC-machined aluminum parts such as 6061 and 7075. Through dye adsorption, it achieves standard colors such as red, blue, and black, with a color difference controlled to ΔE ≤ 1.5, while maintaining a dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm relative to the substrate. The coating achieves a hardness of HV800 and boasts wear resistance over 10 times greater than that of virgin aluminum.
