CNC precision long steel threaded screws are high-strength fasteners machined using CNC lathes. They are primarily used for connecting and positioning heavy-load equipment. Made of materials such as 45# steel, 40Cr, or stainless steel, they achieve a tensile strength exceeding 800 MPa after quenching and tempering heat treatment. The threads are formed through precision turning or whirling milling, with a pitch tolerance within ±0.01mm and a fit accuracy of 6g.
