Description
CNC precision carbon steel long shafts are high-precision shaft parts machined using computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools. They are primarily made of medium-carbon steels or alloy steels such as 45# steel and 40Cr. After quenching and tempering, they exhibit excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. These long shafts typically refer to slender shafts with an aspect ratio exceeding 10:1, including straight shafts, stepped shafts, and threaded shafts. After machining, they achieve a straightness of up to 0.02 mm/m and a surface roughness of less than Ra1.6, meeting the dynamic balancing requirements of high-speed or heavy-load conditions.
