Description

CNC-machined self-defense shooting steel parts are made of 4140 alloy steel, tempered to a hardness of HRC28-32, ensuring sufficient strength while maintaining excellent cutting performance. Key components such as the firing pin seat and trigger linkage are machined on a five-axis machining center, with dimensional tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring the reliability and safety of the action mechanism. The surface undergoes QPQ treatment to create a 20μm nitriding layer, increasing wear resistance by over five times and enduring over 100,000 rounds.

High-speed CNC machining of metal parts

Differentiated machining solutions are employed to meet different functional requirements. The barrel extension is deep-hole drilled to achieve an internal bore straightness of 0.01mm/m, and a dedicated reamer is used to maintain an inner wall roughness of Ra0.4. The safety mechanism utilizes micro-milling technology to create a precision notch 0.3mm wide, with a positional error of no more than 0.015mm. All moving parts are optimally weighted for a more balanced and stable operation.
