CNC-turned stainless steel shafts utilize a high-rigidity turning center, ensuring the straightness of slender shafts with a 15:1 aspect ratio is controlled within 0.02mm/m. To address the different material properties of stainless steel, 316L utilizes a low-speed, high-depth-of-cut process, while 304 is suitable for high-speed cutting. Both achieve surface roughnesses that meet the industry standard of Ra1.6. Precision transmission shafts undergo hard turning with a roundness tolerance of no more than 0.005mm, directly meeting bearing assembly requirements.
