1. Density: The density of tungsten alloy is higher than that of titanium alloy, which means that tungsten alloy is heavier in mass and more resistant to impact and pressure. Titanium alloy, on the other hand, has a lower density and is more suitable for applications where light weight is required.
2. Hardness: Tungsten alloy is harder than titanium alloy and has better wear resistance. However, the lower hardness of titanium alloys is an advantage in some applications where good machinability is required.
3. Melting point: Tungsten alloy has a higher melting point than titanium alloy and has better resistance to high temperature. However, titanium alloy has better oxidation resistance at high temperature.

4. Corrosion resistance: tungsten alloy and titanium alloy have better corrosion resistance under normal temperature and pressure, but in specific environments, such as seawater environment, titanium alloy has better corrosion resistance.
5. Application areas: Tungsten alloy is mainly used in high load, high friction, anti-impact occasions, such as cutting tools, drills, moulds and so on. Titanium alloy is mainly used in aviation, aerospace, medical and other lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant occasions.
