Do You Know How To Tell The Difference Between Pure Titanium, Crystallised Titanium, Titanium Alloys And Titanium Crystals?
Jan 29, 2024
Pure titanium, crystalline titanium, titanium alloy, and titanium crystal are distinguished as follows:
- Pure titanium: titanium based on the addition of other reinforcing elements composed of alloy materials, such as aluminium, nickel, chromium, etc., in order to obtain higher strength, corrosion resistance, resistance to high temperature performance.
- Crystalline titanium: After special treatment of titanium, a dense oxide film is generated on its surface, which has better corrosion resistance and decorative properties.
- Titanium Alloy: The most widely used titanium metal material, widely used in oil mining, food and sports, and medical fields.
- Titanium crystal: a mineral containing rutile and titanium dioxide crystals, favoured for its unique crystal structure and colour, often used for jewellery and decorative items.
