What Is Titanium Square Tube?

Titanium square tube is light in quality, high in strength and has excellent mechanical properties. It is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tube heat exchanger, coil heat exchanger, serpentine tube heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator, and conveying piping. Many nuclear power industries use titanium tubes as the standard tubes for their units.

Technical Requirements

1, the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy tubes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.1, the demand-side re-examination, the permissible deviation of chemical composition in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3620.2.

2, the permissible deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe shall comply with the provisions.

3, the allowable deviation of the wall thickness of the pipe should not exceed ± 12.5% of its nominal wall thickness, the allowable deviation of the wall thickness of the pipe does not apply to titanium welded pipe at the weld.

4, the length of the pipe should be consistent with the provisions.

5, the pipe sizing or times the length should be within the length of its non-sizing, sizing length of the allowable deviation of +10mm, times the length of the pipe should also take into account the amount of pipe cut when the amount of incision, each amount of incision should be 5mm.
