Pure Titanium Strip Coil Grade 1
Grade 1 titanium is the first of four industrially pure titanium grades. It is the softest and most ductile of these grades. It has maximum formability, excellent corrosion resistance and high impact toughness. Grade TA1 is the material of choice for any application that requires easy formability and is typically available as titanium plate and titanium tubing.

What is GR1 titanium?
Pure titanium Grade 1 is characterized by very good ductility and, as a result, very good cold formability, which makes the material suitable for deep drawing. Titanium Grade 1 is known for its excellent general and seawater corrosion resistance and offers high corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral and mildly reducing media (solutions) including chlorides.

Titanium product packaging
Our standard packaging protocol includes multiple protective layers tailored to the specific product form and customer requirements. All materials are first cleaned, dried, and wrapped with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper or PE film to prevent oxidation and surface contamination. Products are then securely bundled and cushioned with waterproof corrugated paper and edge protectors. Finished bundles are placed in plywood crates, heavy-duty cardboard boxes, or sealed in moisture-proof PVC film on pallets, with clear, durable labeling for handling and identification. For international sea freight, we offer IPPC-certified fumigation wooden cases or seaworthy export crates, ensuring your order arrives safely and in ready-to-use condition, no matter the destination.
