Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium alloy tube is a lightweight alloy material widely used in aerospace, automotive industry and medical equipment, with excellent chemical properties, good corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and chemical stability. Compared with other alloys, Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium tubing performs well in harsh environments, especially at high temperatures and in highly corrosive media.

The corrosion resistance of Ti-3Al-2.5V seamless titanium tubes is mainly due to the generation of a stable oxide film on their surface. This oxide film consists mainly of titanium dioxide (TiO₂), which prevents the intrusion of corrosive media. Compared to other titanium alloys, such as pure titanium, the aluminum and vanadium elements in Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium alloy tubing can further enhance the stability of the oxide film, thus improving its corrosion resistance at high temperatures and in acidic environments.
