Seamless Gr4 Gr5 Titanium Alloy Pipe

Seamless titanium tubing is made using an extrusion process. The process involves heating a titanium billet to a high temperature and then pressing it into a mold.
The seamless tube manufacturing process also includes piercing and extrusion. Piercing involves punching holes in a solid billet, while extrusion uses mandrels to shape the tube and reduce its diameter.

Titanium alloy welded pipe should be welded by inert gas shielded welding or vacuum welding. Oxyacetylene welding or carbon dioxide gas shielded welding cannot be used, and ordinary manual arc welding should also be avoided.
When installing titanium and titanium alloy pipes, iron tools and materials shall not be used for hammering and squeezing; rubber plates or soft plastic plates shall be inserted between the carbon steel support hangers and the titanium and titanium alloy pipes to avoid direct contact with the titanium and titanium alloy pipes; when the titanium and titanium alloy pipes pass through the walls or floors, the casing shall be installed. The gap should not be less than 10mm and should be filled with insulating material. The insulation should not contain iron impurities.
