Description
Grade 1 titanium round tube is the softest unalloyed titanium with the lowest strength and highest ductility. It is weldable, cold formable, and impact resistant.Grade 1 Titanium Straight Tubing has good resistance to mild reducing conditions and very good resistance to strong oxidizing environments with or without chlorides. The alloy is used in a wide range of applications including plate heat exchangers, chemical equipment, chlorine production, desalination and anodes.

2. anodizing: after placing the titanium alloy in an electrolytic bath containing electrolyte and applying direct current, an oxide layer is formed on the surface, which improves corrosion resistance and surface aesthetics.
