GR12 titanium alloy tube is an alpha + beta type titanium alloy containing iron, chromium, nickel, molybdenum and manganese.
Description
GR12 metal titanium tubing can be easily machined both cold and hot. Care needs to be taken when machining to avoid overstretching as it can lead to deformation and softening of the material. Wear of the material surface and tool should be avoided during machining, and tool wear can be minimized by applying titanium alloy cutting fluid.
