Gr3 Titanium Round Tube has strong corrosion resistance and has good corrosion resistance in common corrosive media such as oxidation, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and ammonium chloride. It also exhibits good corrosion resistance at high temperatures and pressures, and is suitable for use in marine environments and the chemical industry.

The process of manufacturing Gr3 titanium alloy tubing can be divided into two main stages: melting and machining.
First, the raw titanium alloy material is heated to the melting point by means of a tool such as a consumable arc furnace or a vacuum induction melting furnace protected by argon inert gas. The melt is then cast or forged into shape using casting molds or forging equipment.
Next, the material is heat-treated, including solution annealing, cooling and aging processes, in order to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the material.
