Titanium tubing is the ninth most abundant element in the earth's crust and the seventh most abundant metal. The low density of titanium tubing, just over half that of steel, along with its high strength, has made it increasingly popular for use in military and commercial aircraft. Alloying titanium tubing with elements such as aluminum and vanadium increases titanium's strength while maintaining its weight advantage over steel.
Titanium is classified in two categories, commercially pure and alloys with additives such as aluminum and vanadium. We are a titanium tubing supplier, and our inventories consist of both types and cover both seamless and welded methods of manufacture.
