Description
NR. 3.7035 Grade 2 titanium round tubes have excellent mechanical properties in the annealed condition. Its tensile strength is between 440-590 MPa and yield strength reaches 373 MPa, while maintaining good elongation (≥20%) and shrinkage (≥40%), showing excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. These excellent properties are attributed to the reasonable heat treatment process. Through annealing treatment, the internal stresses generated during processing can be eliminated and the grain structure can be optimized, thus improving the plasticity and toughness of the material. In addition, NR. 3.7035 Grade 2 Titanium Seamless Tubes have good cold bending properties, with cold bending angles of up to 90°, further broadening their processing and application range.

NR. 3.7035 Grade 2 titanium tubes are mainly designed to be used in the processing of stampings and corrosion-resistant structural parts with operating temperature below 350°C, not much force, but good plasticity is required, such as aircraft skeletons, skins, engine attachments; marine seawater corrosion-resistant pipelines, valves, pumps, and water wings, and seawater desalination system parts; chemical heat exchangers, pump bodies, distillation towers, coolers, and stirrers, impellers, fasteners, tees, ion pumps, compressor valves and diesel engine pistons, leaf springs and connecting rods.
