Seamless Titanium Tube Grade 1
Grade 1 titanium is the first of four industrially pure titanium grades. It is the softest and most ductile of these grades. It has maximum formability, excellent corrosion resistance and high impact toughness. Grade TA1 is the material of choice for any application that requires easy formability and is typically available as titanium plate and titanium tubing.
Description
Grade 1 titanium wire has good machinability and can be made into products of different specifications and shapes through various processing methods such as hot rolling, cold rolling, stretching, bending, etc. For example, titanium wire can be made into fine wires of various diameters through cold drawing.
It has good welding performance and is easy to weld with other titanium materials or other metals. The welded joint has high strength and good sealing.
