Titanium Welded Tube Grade 1
Grade 1 titanium is high purity commercially pure titanium, containing about 99.5% titanium. It has low strength, with a tensile strength of about 240MPa and a yield strength of about 170MPa, but good ductility. It has excellent corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, high melting point and non-magnetic properties. It is widely used in medical, aerospace, chemical, marine and other fields.
Description
Grade 1 titanium has many excellent properties. It is high in purity, soft, ductile and easy to process. Although its strength is relatively low, it is extremely corrosion-resistant and can remain stable in a variety of harsh environments.
