Corrosion Resistant Titanium Plate Grade 23

The interstitial element (oxygen, nitrogen) content of Grade 23 is strictly controlled to obtain better toughness and reduce the ductile-brittle transition temperature. Due to its excellent toughness and low temperature performance, Grade 23 is particularly suitable for applications requiring high toughness, such as medical implants (such as artificial joints and bone plates), deep-sea applications and structural parts in cryogenic environments.
Due to its special performance requirements, Grade 23 may require more stringent processing and manufacturing processes to ensure that its interstitial element content is controlled.
