Description
Grade 2 titanium bar is a pure titanium alloy, the most common of all pure titanium. Gr2 titanium alloy contains approximately 99.5% pure titanium, along with small amounts of iron and oxides. Due to its good mechanical properties, bendability and toughness, Gr2 pure titanium rods are used in a wide range of applications including aerospace, medical, chemical and oil extraction.

Applications of Gr2 titanium round bars
Gr2 titanium round bar is one of the most widely used titanium alloys in the aerospace field, and is commonly used in spacecraft outer skins, engine components, and aircraft graphene. Titanium materials are characterized by high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength, and Gr2 titanium metal bars have excellent performance in these fields. Due to the characteristics of Gr2 industrial titanium rods such as good corrosion resistance, light weight and high temperature resistance, it is also widely used in the difficult parts of submarine and onshore oil extraction workability fields, such as deep-sea drilling platforms, pipelines, pumps, packing and heat exchangers.

Tailored for extra-long titanium plates, large forging blanks, and heavy structural components. The products are wrapped in multiple layers of waterproof tarpaulin + PE stretch film and secured within custom-reinforced fumigated wooden pallets or steel frame crates, with rubber padding blocks and steel strapping added at key stress points. The crate is sealed against rain, and lifting lugs are installed at all four corners, making it suitable for ocean freight, multiple handlings, and outdoor temporary storage.
