Ti Grade 6Al-4V ELI Grade 23 is produced at a higher purity than Titanium 6Al-4V Grade 5. Though this alloy is mainly recognized as the best dental and medical Titanium grade, it is also widely used in applications when there is a need for toughness, high strength, light weight, and good corrosion resistance.

Grade 23 is an ultra low clearance (ELI) version of Ti 6Al-4V. Titanium and its alloys have excellent properties such as high strength, biocompatibility and corrosion resistance, making them one of the best replacement materials for hard tissues such as bones and teeth.
Gr23 titanium can be made into coils, strands, wires, or flat wires. with its high strength, light weight, good corrosion resistance, and toughness, grade 23 titanium is widely used in implantable components.
