Grade 5 Titanium Round Bar is made from a titanium alloy with aluminum and vanadium added to the composition. The material has very high corrosion resistance and is the most widely used grade of titanium alloy.GNEE is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Grade 5 Titanium Round Bar products in a wide range of sizes, shapes and types. The composition contains 90% titanium, carbon, iron, oxygen, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. This material composition results in a minimum tensile strength of 950MPa and a minimum yield strength of 880MPa. The specification for this grade is ASTM B348.
