Description
Production process of Ti-6Al-4V titanium rods
1. Raw Material Preparation: Select titanium sponge and alloy additives that meet the standard.
2. Melting: The raw materials are melted and cast into ingots using vacuum self-consuming electric arc furnace or other advanced melting technologies.
3. Forging: Through multi-pass forging process, the ingot is forged into the required shape and size.
4. Rolling: The forged material is further processed into welded bar shape through multi-pass rolling process.
