Gr7 Titanium Rod
Titanium Grade 7 is the most resistant to corrosion in reducing acids with physical/mechanical properties equivalent to Gr. 2. Grade 7 also has excellent weldability and fabricability.
Available forms of Titanium Grade 7 are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.
Description
Titanium Grade 7 is mechanically and physically equivalent to Titanium Grade 2, with the exception of additional interstitial palladium which makes this material alloy. Grade 7 demonstrates excellent weldability, fabricability, and is the most corrosion resistance of all titanium alloys. Because of these traits, this material is often used in chemical production processes and applications within the production equipment.

It also has excellent resistance to general corrosion, crevice corrosion, pitting, oxidation, and wear/erosion.
