Medical titanium rods have low density, light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, strong acid resistance and alkali resistance. It has low oxygen, carbon and iron content and is therefore widely used in medical implants and medical tools. Ti6AL4V with ELI is a biocompatible α-β alloy.
